Data and site operation
Cloudflare hosts the site and may process IP address, request time, URL and device or browser information to deliver pages, secure the service and prevent abuse. There is no working public contact form or newsletter service. Google Analytics is not configured in the verified LIVE environment.
Local preferences
My K-pop and Saved Stories store selections in local storage on your device. These functions do not send the lists to the newsroom or create a server advertising profile. Remove them in the interface or browser settings.
GOOGLE ADSENSE / ADVERTISING
The site uses Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies, identifiers, IP address and device or browser data for ad delivery, measurement, frequency limits and fraud prevention. Personalization applies where consent exists. Non-personalized ads may still use storage requiring consent.
Consent and withdrawal
Personalized ads in the EEA, UK and Switzerland require a Google-certified CMP. The owner publishes the European regulations message in AdSense → Privacy & messaging; site code does not confirm activation. Accept, reject or manage choices in the CMP when available. The preferences button reopens Google's message only if active. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of previous processing.
Providers, retention and transfers
Providers used are Cloudflare, Google for advertising and external image hosts. Image requests may disclose your IP to their host. Local lists remain until deleted. Provider cookies and data follow their retention policies; the operator must confirm its exact log retention. Global services may involve international transfers subject to applicable provider safeguards.
Rights and contact
Subject to GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, or object to processing. You may complain to the competent authority, including Romania's ANSPDCP. The owner must provide the operator's legal identity and a verified public editorial address; the private administration email is not published as editorial contact.
